Inspire FIT, where the ‘F’ stands for FUN! We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!

Workouts are designed to not only be challenging but different every time! And you’re guaranteed never to get bored. Our approach is designed to not only get you FIT fast, but also to keep you active and athletic for the years to come.

This 1 hour class consists of a dynamic warm-up, 30-45 minutes of continuous movement and ends with a full-body stretch.

Inspire Fire

Inspire Fire class is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. Classes consist of constantly varied, functional movements completed at high intensities.

The workouts will be geared towards high heart rate, high level of sweat, and a high level of fun. Using equipment such as body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, assault bikes, medicine balls, spin bikes, rowers, bands and boxes, you’ll finish not only sweaty and breathless but also wondering where the time went!
